When completing timber pest inspection we always use our Termitrac T3i termite radar device on suspicious areas. This allows us to pick up movement inside walls, under carpet etc without having to destroy anything. In this case we have picked up termites under the carpet and inside a door frame. From here we are able to recommend an invasive inspection of the area and treatment plan.
