Why choose Elite?

Constantly evolving

Technology and methods for building inspections and pest control are constantly evolving. That's why Elite keeps our team up to date with the latest tools and techniques in the industry. During inspections, we use a Termatrac T3i termite radar, a moisture meter and a thermal imaging camera to detect moisture, termites, termite damage, decay and structural defects. These issues often can't be seen with the naked eye and can be costly to fix if left undetected.

We work fast

Once you've made your enquiry, we'll book your inspection at the earliest time that suits you and your family. After all, timing is critical when buying or selling a property. While our inspections are thorough, we never compromise on speed. Our team works efficiently to minimise disruption to your day and delivers a comprehensive report within 24 hours, giving you the information you need to move forward with confidence.
